2024 Korean Speech – My Story
“What values can be learned from the life of the person I most respect?”
Andrew loves cars and airplanes and wants to become a pilot. He believes that joy is the most important thing in life and respects people who make others happy and joyful. He thinks that joy is synonymous with happiness. Imagining all the people on his plane feeling happy as he flies through the skies naturally makes me happy too.
Andrew는 자동차와 비행기를 좋아하며, 비행기 조종사가 되고 싶어 합니다. 그는 삶에서 기쁨이 가장 중요하다고 생각하며, 다른 사람들을 기쁘고 행복하게 만드는 사람들을 존경합니다. 그는 기쁨이 곧 행복이라고 믿기 때문입니다. Andrew가 비행기 조종사가 되어 하늘을 날 때, 그의 비행기에 탑승한 모든 사람이 행복해질 것을 상상하면 저 역시 행복해집니다.

“How can we create a better school environment?”
Andrew believes that through kindness, we can make the world a more beautiful place. He says that if we want to be treated kindly, we should treat others that way first, and as a result, we can enjoy richness in our relationships. Even during Korean class time, his kind attitude towards others, demonstrated by putting others first, brightens up our Korean language and culture lessons.
Hello, I am Andrew. I am an APIS 3rd-grade student. My favorite book is “Secret Weapons.” I like Mongolian dumplings, “buzz.” I like airplanes. I love my family, my mom, dad, and my older sister Kalia. Thank you.
