Korean Cooking Class
The Korean Cooking Class is one of APIS’s signature programs, offering students a hands-on experience in preparing and learning authentic Korean dishes. Through cooking, sharing meals, and working together, students immerse themselves in the values of community and sharing, which are central to Korean culture.
Once a week, students visit Ms. Emily Kim’s home, where they receive an introduction to the dish of the day and engage in a fun, interactive cooking session. For about two hours, they share laughter, bond over food, and delve deeply into Korean traditions, making it a truly memorable and enriching experience.
